How To Make Any IP(RDP,VPN,Socks5,HTTP) 100% Annonymous

Things Needed
1.Firefox
2.Brains

Steps:
1. Go to whoer.net
2.Scroll down to Time
3.Click On your Calender to change TIME ZONE to the local time zone whoer shows (not the time , time zone remember that)
4.Open New Tab and type about:config in the address bar
5.Click I accept the risk
6. Paste  media.peerconnection.enable  in the search
7.Double Click to set it to false
8.Go back to www.whoer.net and enjoy 100% annonymous

NOTE:
1.If Ip is detected as proxy you cant get 100%
2.If IP is blackisted you cant get 100%
