There are several ways to make this cheat work.Please Try the one you think will be suitable and easy for you.

SIM PREREQUISITES
Buy Any GLO SIM Card for as low as 1gh cedi or use any glo sim you already have.If the sim is new,buy 2gh credit on the SIM and make 1 Call to activate the line.Then do a 1gh bundle with by texting menu to 127 and exhaust the bundle.After that Send Payu to 127.If its an old sim just send Payu to 127.
Set your APN to:browse or internet or glo3gvideo

PC

Method 1
1.i.Download Inject Header Surfer:https://sourceforge.net/projects/ihsx/

ii.Download Ultra Surf:https://ultrasurf.us/download/u.zip OR Psiphon 3:https://www.psiphon3.com/en/download.html

iii.Download IHS Config:Link 1 Link 2

2.Extract the Inject Header Surfer and Ultra Surf Software to any location on your computer.

3.Open the Inject Header Folder and open IHS.exe as administrator by right-clicking.

4.Click On file and Click Load.


5.Locate the IHS Config file you downloaded above and click open.


6.Click Start to Start the connection.


NB:PLEASE THE PROXY IN THE ABOVE HAS STOPPED WORKING.PLEASE USE THIS ONE INSTEAD:Proxy:5.135.164.181 Port:3128 OR 37.187.100.23 Port:3128 OR 94.28.53.238:8080
NB:You must click File and Click 'save to default' in order to save your configuration so that you wont have to do it again.


Incase the cheat stops working try changing the SSL proxy in header surfer X2.List of alternative proxies:https://sslproxies.org


NB:You can set your browser proxy to 127.0.0.1 port:8082 to start browsing but sites such as gmail,whatsapp web and amazon  will not open.But Youtube/Other https and all other http sites will open.To open the all sites continue with the method below.

NB:Please if the ultra surf is slow for you please use the inject header surfer directly by settings the proxy and port of your browser to 127.0.0.1 port:8082.

7.Open Ultra Surf Software and click Option.


8.Set Listening port to 30 and click proxy settings.



Then Click Manual Proxy Settings and Set Proxy Host:127.0.0.1 Port:8082 and click OK twice.



9.Close the Ultra Surf Software and Open it again and wait for it to connect to its servers.


10.Now Open your Browser and set the proxy to Proxy:127.0.0.1 and Port:30 and click OK.


11.Start browsing by opening any site.

If you don't want to use the UltraSurf you can use Psiphon 3.
1.Download and Open Psiphon 3.
2.Click Settings.
3.Click Upstream Proxy and Set Hostname to 127.0.0.1 and Port:8082.
4.Click on local proxy ports and set http/https to 8084 and socks to 8085.
5.Click Apply Changes.
6.Go to the main screen and click connect.
7.After it has connected set your browser proxy to 127.0.0.1 port:8084 or You can set the SOCKS5 proxy with 127.0.0.2 port:8085.

Method 2
1.Set your browser and download manager proxy to hiload.org port:80 or kproxy.com port:80.
2.Open 10.161.139.194 in your address bar and enter the site you want to visit on the page that has opened.
NB:Try both and see the one which is fast for you.



Method 3
Download Simple Server:https://www.datafilehost.com/d/157e2083

1.Extract the archive to any location on your desktop.
2.Open Simple Server.exe.
3.Wait for it to say ready.

4.Now set your browser and download manager proxy to 127.0.0.1 port:8082.
Please note that this trick does not support https.This means sites such as google,youtube,gmail etc will not be accessible.

ANDROID:
Download and install Psiphon Handler 108:https://uplod.ws/onzitfqpmsi0
1.Open the App.
2.i.Tick Remove Port
ii.Proxy type:Dual Real Host
iii.Custom Header:X-Online-Host
iv.Real Proxy Type:Deafult
v.Leave the rest and tap save.


3.Tap tunnel through whole device and tap ok in the next dialog box.

4.Tap Start and Wait patiently for it to connect.
