Firstly visit this site and create an account there

At every end of the account, there is a link
what you should do is copy that link and write something better to describe the link so that your friend can visit it when he or she sees it
example
sign up facebook-plus and make free video calls, send files and chat for free
and u paste the link under.
that will make him or her visit there fast.
immediately he or she opens the link and try to log in his or her account , his or her details will come in your zshadows account.
