1. Download Psiphon handler
2. install and launch your psiphon handler.
3. proxy type : real host
4. proxy server: 10.161.139.194
5. skip others and save.
6. click on the options tap and go to more option.
7. untick connect through http proxy.
8. go back and connect your data.......
